As wedding planners, we know how important it is to find the perfect venue for your big day, and with that, we also know how intimidating this task can be. Laurel Hall
5395 Emerson Way, Indianapolis, Indiana
Built over a century ago, Laurel Hall has watched Indianapolis grow and expand all around it. With its polished walls, stately arches, this wedding venue sits atop a hill on six acres and is one of Indiana’s best-kept secrets.

- Idyllic terrace perfect for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions
- The grand outdoor staircase creates an awe-inspiring backdrop for any bride (seen in the photo above)
- The architectural character inside the historic and stately building creates perfect backdrops for all photos
- Bridal ready suite
- A beautiful indoor ceremony space on the third floor of the building – whether this is the ceremony plan A or the rain plan, it’s an amazing feature.
- No set vendor requirement, there’s a preferred list and a list of caterers to choose from, allowing for more wedding customization

White Willow Farms
2020 E 256th Street Arcadia, Indiana
Built in the early 1940s, White Willow Farms was originally one of the first operating granaries in Indiana. The main event barn is just over 5,400 square feet all on a single level, making it one the largest area wedding venues of its kind. The property is just over 14 acres and features several outdoor shaded areas, mature trees, and flower fields.

- The barn‘s natural concrete floors, whitewashed walls & ceilings are truly picturesque and full of charm
- Separate bride and groom getting ready suites
- The wood sliding barn doors against the white exterior of the barn create a stunning backdrop for photos! (Seen in the picture above)
- Outdoor wedding chapel surrounded by horse pastures and fields
- Beautiful furniture included such as farmhouse tables, wooden vineyard cross back chairs, an antique buffet table, and more! (set up and tear down is included too – amazing!)

Indianapolis Central Library
40 E St Clair St, Indianapolis, Indiana
This quintessential landmark building is located in the heart of Indianapolis. The stately architectural design and multiple event spaces indoors and out offer not only beautiful spaces for a wedding but amazing photo opportunities.

- The marble staircase with rich Indiana white oak-paneled walls create the perfect backdrop for a ceremony (seen in the picture below)

The Bluffs at Conner Prairie
13400 Allisonville Road Fishers, Indiana
Perched on the bluffs of the White River and surrounded by a stately forest at The Bluffs at Conner Prairie you will feel like you have been transported someplace far away, while in the suburbs of Indianapolis.
Things we love:
- The vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, neutral finishes, stone fireplace, and glass walls that truly bring the outdoors in (and plenty of gorgeous natural light!)
- Located just two miles from guest accommodations
- Outdoor lawn surrounded by lush forest and a traditional iron gate that provides the perfect backdrop for a ceremony
- Plenty of on-site parking
Mustard Seed Gardens
77 Metsker Lane, Noblesville, Indiana
Established in 1835, Mustard Seed Gardens was originally a family-owned farmstead. It has since been restored into an enchanting wedding venue with abundant gardens just outside Indianapolis.
Things we love:
- The Gardens are full of lush lawn, fresh blooms, and even a 100-year-old maple tree – perfect for outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions.
- Speaking of ceremonies – they have several great options to choose from
- The history and character inside the main event barn with original hardwood floors, and vaulted ceilings (seen in the picture above)
- The outdoor gazebo, perfect for an outdoor ceremony
- Their outdoor patio surrounded by trees with a showcase fireplace that can be used for either cocktail hour or ceremony
- The farmhouse featuring a bridal suite, groom’s room, and kitchen
Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields
4000 Michigan Road, Indianapolis, Indiana
Things we love:
- The 1930s restored Lily House with its grass terrace and sweeping garden views
- Enclosed pavilion with two-story windows, the striking round skylight, and views of the Sutphin fountain and surrounding gardens.
- Floor-to-ceiling windows in the Sutphin Fountain Room

Iron & Ember
12120 Brookshire Parkway, Carmel, Indiana
The sister venue to Mustard Seed Gardens, though aesthetically different from each other, Iron and Ember has the same signature style throughout. This newly renovated venue is located at the Brookshire Golf Club with over five acres, a neutral and airy interior accented with striking iron beams, and a statement fireplace.

- The online catalog of rental furniture and decor making it super easy to find gorgeous pieces
- An onsite bridal suite
- Ceremony and reception chairs, as well as guest tables, are included
- Set up and teardown included
- Plenty of parking for guests
The Omni Severin
40 West Jackson Place, Indianapolis, Indiana
Located in downtown Indianapolis, The Omni Severin is a beautifully restored hotel and wedding venue that offers the grandeur of the early 1900s with luxurious chandeliers and architectural design.
Things we love:
- Crystal chandeliers, arched detailing, and large windows in the versatile Severin Ballroom
- Transportation, customized room amenities, and favors that can be provided

Crowne Plaza Union Station
123 W Louisiana St, Indianapolis, Indiana
The Crowne Plaza is located in downtown Indianapolis and is home to America’s first “Union Station” that is recognized as one of the finest Romanesque Revival-style structures in the country. Between the history, architecture, and expansive space, this is an absolutely jaw-dropping location.
Things we love:
- The historic Grand Hall with distinctive arches, terrazzo floors, glass barrel ceiling, and stained glass wagon wheel windows is not only a uniquely, gorgeous space but can hold up to 600 guests
- Illinois Street Ballroom that overlooks downtown Indianapolis

Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion

This permanent glass structure provides a 360-degree view of beautifully landscaped gardens, fountains, and woodland surroundings that encapsulates the beauty of nature all year round.

- Only 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis
- Located just steps from the Ritz Charles Chapel which can be used as a ceremony location, or as a bride or groom ready room
- The outdoor patio perfect for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or as a dancefloor (seen in the picture above)
