We hired Christina Burton Events for Wedding Design & Day of Coordination and couldn't be happier! We had not originally planned to hire any planners or coordinators - but this was the best investment we could have made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Christy, Grace, and team worked wonders to give us the wedding we could only dream of! Christy was able to put together the most beautiful design for our wedding and helped us choose top-notch vendors to execute everything, while keeping our concerns and budget in mind. Grace worked wonders the week of our wedding -- she was able to execute our (originally) entirely outdoor wedding when remnants of Hurricane Helene came through town, and still gave us the wedding of our dreams! Grace ensured we did not have to worry about communication with vendors the month of the wedding, and made sure all the little hiccups that happen on wedding day did not affect ours or our guests' experiences. From one (very) picky couple, we couldn't be happier with our experience from Christy, Grace, and CBE Team!

I will never stop singing praises for Christina Burton Events, ESPECIALLY Jen Guiler. I truly am tearing up writing this review because of how much I adore Jen and how perfect she made our wedding. We could not have had the wedding we did without her. My husband and I both are in professional schools, so a wedding planner was a must. We both agreed we needed one, but we had no idea that Jen would blow it out of the park like she did. We never would have dreamed of how amazing she would be and all of the things she did for us. Our wedding went PERFECTLY because of her. So many people ask us "Aren't you so glad its over? Wasn't it sooo stressful?" and we both scream "NO" to these questions because of Jen.
Just a small example of the many, many things that Jen did to go above and beyond was when our rug for cocktail hour didn't quite work out so she went to her own home and got one of her rugs. I will never, ever be able to explain how much we appreciate Jen Guiler at Christina Burton events.

We interviewed six different coordinators before meeting Grace, and immediately knew she was the right choice for our day-of-coordinator. From the very beginning she was communicative, professional, and kind, and gave us so much confidence leading into our Chicago wedding. The planning tools CBE provides were a great value add, but what truly set her apart was the way she took over vendor communication, timelines, and countless details in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She managed everything so seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy this incredible event with our friends and families.

My daughter and her fiancé hired Whitney as the wedding planner for their wedding. After months of planning and watching Whitney in action, I decided to hire her to plan the bridal shower. She did a wonderful job combining my daughter’s style with my penchant for attention to detail. Whitney did an amazing job creating a fresh vision for the shower while keeping with the theme of the wedding. The best part was, as a family, we were able to show up, enjoy, and leave without any worry of set up or clean up! It was truly an enjoyable afternoon allowing the family to focus on the celebration.
We are indescribably grateful for all that Christina Burton Events did for our wedding! Whitney absolutely created a beautiful wedding experience, and the day was a dream from start to finish! We selected the full service package and received endless comments about the incredible design that Whitney brought to life! AMAZING!!! Living out of state I was so overwhelmed and Jen took all my worries away. Leading up to the wedding, she could not have made planning easier. She helped connect me with the most amazing vendors that aligned with my vision. During the wedding, she kept it moving smooth and allowed me to enjoy my day. I cannot put into words how amazing Jen was for the whole process. I would recommend her a million times over.

Working with Alexia was the best decision we made for our wedding. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! From start to finish, she was incredible - always there for us, answering late-night questions and keeping us completely at ease. On the actual wedding day, I didn’t worry about a single thing.
