We are currently looking to fill lead coordinator positions based in cincinnati and indianapolis
Lead Coordinators are assigned their own CBE couples to work with from the time of booking through to the end of the wedding. LC's create day-of timelines, coordinate with the wedding vendor team, run rehearsals, and execute a the wedding day for their couples.
Experience is required for this position. If you're interested but don't have the experience just yet, please apply for our Event Day Assistant role and we might be able to work you into this position.
This is a contractor (1099 position), it is neither part time or full time.
Previous experience in coordinating weddings or experience as an Event Assistant.
Ability to be on your feet for full wedding days (up to 15 hours)
Positive attitude.
Calming presence and ability to work under stress.
Access to wifi, a computer and phone.
Ability to answer client emails, phone calls and attend meetings Monday-Friday (actual times are flexible).
Ability to drive and has reliable transportation to and from events.
Great time management.
Weekend availability and the ability to commit to dates 12+ months in advance.
WE ARE currently SEEKING event assistants in Indianapolis
Lead Coordinators could not guide wedding days without the help of an event assistant (or two). An event assistant helps the lead coordinator to do everything necessary to execute a couple's wedding day, including setting up, coordinating with the vendor team, guiding the bridal party through timeline items, and cleaning up at the end of the night.
Experience is not required for this position, just a positive and willing-to-learn attitude.
This is a contractor (1099) position that is less than part-time, it is as needed on event days.
