Day-of coordination is the secret to a seamless, stress-free wedding. On your special day, neither you nor your loved ones should have to handle logistics. We take the lead behind the scenes so you can relax, immerse yourself in the moment, and enjoy every second. We offer day-of coordination as a standalone service or seamlessly bundled into any of our full support packages.

You decide how hands-on you want to be. We’re here to support you every step of the way. We can handle everything from booking your vendor team and managing the guest list to designing the venue flow and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Our couples spend a minimum of $500 per person for an overall wedding budget. This rate is dependent on guest count, vision and location. We work with a range of budgets. If you have questions, reach out and we can send you our brochure of services with more information.
Planning
If you have big dreams for your wedding day but feel overwhelmed by where to begin, we’re here to help. We curate and manage your design vendors while weaving in the thoughtful details that make your day uniquely yours. This package is perfect for couples seeking creative guidance to build a cohesive look across everything, from save-the-dates and attire to florals and reception decor.

Feeling like you need a little help beyond coordination? Perhaps you enjoy planning and are ready to tackle your wedding planning, but you're worried there might be things you don't know that you don't know. Or you want to make sure you have someone that can answer your questions along the way. This flexible package was created to be used in the way that works the best for you. It will give you the guidance needed to provide you the confidence to tackle your planning yourself.

Guidance
Getting married at a unique, independent venue is exciting and demands a lot more planning and work on the front end. We work with non-traditional venues like private estates or family properties to flawlessly execute these complex events. You will get our expert knowledge, ideas, and expertise to know where to look for potential problems.

You’ve never done this before! Having a trustworthy wedding planner can be the difference a tense, stress-filled planning experience and a smooth ride.
Absolutely, we will work with all vendors! But we will only recommend vendors to a couple who are a great fit for their personality, style, and budget, and whom we have had previously great experiences with. We consider ourselves to be a vendor team matchmaker.
That all depends on your needs! Most Christina Burton Events couples spend between $2,950 and $13,500 on our services, with an overall wedding budget of $350+ per person.
Yes! All travel fees and needs are included in the package prices within a 50 mile radius of Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington or Cincinnati, we create a custom travel quote based on package, distance and needs for anything further than that.
As far as destination weddings go, we love mixing our love for weddings and travel! So we are happy to provide services for destination weddings. Let’s talk about it and we will create a custom package for you.
We will be there for up to 13 hours on your wedding day and 1 hour the day prior for your rehearsal. If you think you need more time than that, let's talk about it.
Keep in mind the rehearsal is included but rehearsal dinner is offered as an add-on.
