The outdoor wedding ceremony took place in the mansion’s large backyard lawn with the beautiful landscaping and stately building in the background, surrounded by blooming flowers and lush greenery. Jenna and Max chose a timeless and romantic theme for their wedding, which blended beautifully with the beautiful landscaping.
The weather on the day of the wedding was perfect, with blue skies and a light breeze. Guests were able to enjoy the beauty of the gardens while listening to the couple’s heartfelt vows. The ceremony set up with simple but elegant with white floral arrangement set on pedestals as the head of the aisle.
After the ceremony, guests made their way to the mansion’s courtyard for cocktail hour. The courtyard, surrounded by the mansion’s historic brick walls, was transformed into a cozy lounge and dining area, complete with couches, round tables with gold chairs and string lights. Guests sipped on signature cocktails and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres while mingling with one another.
The reception was also held in the courtyard. The patio was adorned with string lights, greenery, white floral arrangements and minimal decor. The architecture of the mansion paired with the grounds are so stunning that you don’t need many rentals and decor to dress up this location if you don’t want to. Unlike other outdoor wedding locations in Indianapolis, this venue has it all.
Tables were set with white linens, gold chairs, candles and flowers, which complemented the timeless and romantic theme perfectly.
As the sun began to set, the back courtyard illuminated with soft lighting, creating a romantic ambiance for the evening. Jenna and Max shared their first dance as a married couple, surrounded by their loved ones. The couple’s speeches were heartfelt and touching, and the food was absolutely delicious.
