Stephanie and Tyler’s wedding took place on a beautiful summer day at the rustic White Willow Farms in Indiana. We loved being Stephanie and Tyler’s Indianapolis wedding planners!
Stephanie and her bridesmaids got ready in the Bridal Suite at White Willow Farms. The bridal suite was comfortable with soft seating, a breakfast bar for beverages and snacks and plenty of space for everyone to get ready for the big day.
White Willow Farms also has a space for the gentlemen, called the Groom Room, where Tyler and his groomsmen were able to get ready and hangout before the ceremony.
Having a comfortable space on site was such a convenient feature to White Willow Farms since the location is a bit more rural. We didn’t have to worry about the logistics of multiple locations, everything was all in one place!
The Ceremony
Stephanie and Tyler’s wedding ceremony was at The Chapel on the White Willow Farms property. The Chapel is a beautiful outdoor wedding chapel surrounded by the Indiana countryside. With wooden pews, a white chapel-like structure as the wedding altar, and an open field as the backdrop to their “I do’s” – this location was full of rustic elements and charm!
We highlighted the white chapel altar with two large floral pieces and white draping. The aisle was lined with fresh eucalyptus and cream outdoor umbrellas were placed for guests to shade them from the sun.
White Willow Farms had multiple scenic backdrops, between the mature trees, horse pastures, flower fields and prairie grasses. The barn itself was a gorgeous backdrop. It had large wood sliding barn doors and a fresh white exterior. With all of these beautiful locations to chose from and a thrilled ‘just-married’ bride and groom. It was perfect!
The Reception
The wedding barn at White Willow Farms was gorgeous with natural concrete flooring, whitewashed walls, and dark wood beams. It was the ultimate rustic and picturesque canvas for this wedding design.
The mix of farm tables and round tables with linen, a variety of short and tall centerpieces, cross back chairs, and soft lighting created an elegant and charming look. The color palette was mostly greens, whites and peaches with hints of blue. In addition, we incorporated accents of gold on items like picture frames, candle holders, flower stands as well as the chargers and silverware for an elegant touch.
We were able to get the farmhouse tables and cross back chairs from White Willow Farms. They were included in the rental price!
Stephanie and Tyler left their wedding through a sparkler tunnel. A vintage black getaway car was waiting outside to whisk them away!
Between the gorgeous backdrops, and the infectious amounts of love throughout the day, this wedding was one for the books!
