Lauren and Brandon’s elegant wedding was on a late fall day in November at the Indianapolis Central Library. This wedding was all things classic, elegant, and sophisticated.
The wedding party began their day getting ready at the Omni Severin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis. The bridal party in the Presidential Suite and the groomsmen in the Loft Suite.
The Ceremony
After that, the wedding party made their way to the Indianapolis Central Library for the ceremony. The wedding ceremony took place in the Simon Reading room. This remarkable room had rich Indiana white oak-paneled walls and two marble staircases, one of which provided the backdrop to the ceremony. The ceremony arch had organic, natural towers made up of white floral and greenery connected at the top by a white ribbon to create the look of the arch. There were white candles placed along the bottom of each tower creating an absolutely dreamy look.
The bride and groom and their wedding party took photos outside the Indianapolis Central Library which offered a series of incredible backdrops.
The steps outside the Library were neutral and offered a classic architectural look that allowed the groomsmen’s black tuxedos and bridesmaid’s champagne dresses to stand out in the most elegant of ways.
The bride and groom took photos on the front lawn. The couple faced the Library and the downtown Indianapolis skyscrapers were in the background.
Cocktail Hour and Reception
The cocktail hour and reception took place inside the Indianapolis Central Library in the glass-encased atrium, which provided an elegant and polished look for the evening. Tables were covered with champagne-colored linen, silver flatware, and gold-rimmed chargers for each place setting.
The centerpieces consisted of white candles in various sizes that were placed around a tall centerpiece. The main centerpiece had curvy vines in a glass tower with white flowers, resembling the look of a tree.
The bride and groom had a sweetheart table with neutral linen, white floral, and greenery placed around the edge.
The cake table had the same neutral linen. However, there was an arch of viney greenery and twinkle lights creating a beautiful backdrop for the white wedding cake.
The bride and her two brothers were also celebrating birthdays on her wedding day. The group celebrated with a cupcake presentation while singing “Happy Birthday.”
Above all, thank you, Lauren and Brandon. Thank you for your trust and for allowing CBE to be a part of your special day!
In addition, thank you to all the incredible vendors for making this day so amazing! We loved being Lauren and Brandon’s Indianapolis wedding planners!
